Product Returns

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the quality or condition of a purchased item on line Maloneys Grocer will gladly exchange the item. A Maloneys Grocer tax invoice must be accompanied with the product.

Order Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order Maloneys Grocer requires 24 hours notice. We will refund you the total amount less a $10.00 administration fee.

Deliveries

If there are no delivery instructions your order will be left outside your front door and Maloneys Grocer will take no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Should we feel there is no appropriate place to leave your order Maloneys Grocer will take it back to the store where you can either pick it up personally or we will re deliver at a cost of $15.00.
