Weetbix and Jam Chocolate Slice

Preheat oven to 165 degrees C

Crunch up weetbix in a bowl. Add sugar, coconut & flour.

Melt the butter and combine well with dry ingredients.

Press mixture into a 20cmx20cm greased tin lined with baking paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. 

Remove from oven and while still hot spread with jam.

Allow to cool. Meanwhile, melt a 100g block of 70% dark chocolate and once cooled spread over the jam.

Allow chocolate to set and then serve!

Will keep for about a week in the fridge in an air tight container.
