This weeks pick is the humble cauliflower.
Closely related to the familiar broccoli and cabbage, it definitely deserves more credit!
Packed full of vitamins and protein, roasted cauliflower is one of the best ways to enjoy this vegetable. Whether it's plain or with some spice, roast until crispy and caramalised then toss with some lemon and parmesan! Yum!
