Honeycomb, what do I do with you?
Here are some nice thoughts on what to do with raw honeycomb...
* Dab a tiny little bit on some goats cheese with a wafer thin cracker and some toasted hazelnuts.
* Plop some onto your morning porridge with compote.
* Stir a little into Greek yogurt with fresh mint.
* Have a chunk with roasted pears or peaches and vanilla ice cream.
And raw honey has a long life, it doesn't need to be refrigerated either. Perfect.
