Can I receive an order on a public holiday?
Maloneys Grocer does not delivery on public holidays.
What suburbs does Maloneys Grocer deliver to?
Maloneys Grocer delivers to the Inner City and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Australia. If you would like to register your interest in delivery to other suburbs, please click the following link. I'm interested in deliveries to my suburb.
Is there a delivery charge?
Maloneys Grocer is proud to offer a free delivery service to its customers.
Can I change the delivery day?
Once your order has been processed and an invoice generated you will not be able to change the delivery day online. To discuss special circumstances you can contact the store. Depending on the amount of notice a different delivery day may be organised.
Is there a minimum order?
A minimum order of $50.00 is required.
How does Maloneys Grocer manage perishable items during the delivery process?
All orders are delivered in a refrigerated truck to ensure that perishable items are stored at the appropriate temperature during transportation.
What if I am not home to accept the delivery?
Before you complete your shopping order online there is a section for special delivery instructions should you not be home to accept the delivery. Please fill in this section. If there are no delivery instructions your order will be left outside your front door and Maloneys Grocer will take no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Should we feel there is no appropriate place to leave your order Maloneys Grocer will take it back to the store where you can either pick it up personally or we will re deliver at a cost of $15.00.
What if I live in a security building and will not be home?
Please notify your concierge of your order so that it can be accepted on your behalf. Alternatively if a neighbour is home they can also accept the delivery at your request.

What if something I ordered is not available on the day?
Maloneys Grocer will indicate any out of stocks on the invoice and refund the amount on your credit card accordingly.
What if I find that there is an item missing?
Please check your invoice to see if the product was out of stock and if a refund has been issued accordingly. If an item is out of stock we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount. For any discrepancies please contact the store.
Can I return a product?
In the event of any problems with goods purchased online from Maloneys Grocer, we will gladly exchange and deliver to your door free of charge. A Maloneys Grocer invoice is required for proof of purchase. Maloneys Grocer will not be responsible for any loss or damage which occurs to items after delivery due to late collection or otherwise.
Maloneys Grocer guarantees to deliver high quality, market fresh produce direct to your door and in the event you are dissatisfied with any perishable item, we will gladly discuss with you any requests for a refund.
Are all transactions on this site in Australian Dollars (AUD) only?
Yes! all transactions processed on this site by Maloney's Grocer are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
What are the available forms of payment?
You can pay for your online order with your credit card or by direct bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and Amex. Credit card payments are processed through the eWAY & ANZ Secure Payment Gateways.
If paying by direct deposit we will display our bank account details after the checkout process and you can log on to your bank account on line or visit an ANZ bank and deposit the money into our account. If you are provided with a space to enter a description for the transaction please enter your surname and order number. Please note that orders will not be delivered until the money has been transferred into the Maloneys Grocer bank account.

Maloneys Grocer uses eWAY as the third party gateway to process all customer transactions. eWAY is level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. By being fully approved under the highest level of compliance you can be assured that your details remain secure throughout your online purchase.
